We are a home schooling family of 5. We have chosen an "umbrella" approach to our home school. Our girls are enrolled at Midwest Christian Academy in Bloomington, IL. The staff there helps us by maintaining academic records, offering diagnostic testing and shipping pre-packaged curriculum. We are free to add as much as we feel the girls need to fully grasp any given concept or to arrange our school day so that the girls may be allowed the freedom to pursue their personal interests in greater detail.
